In order to make the work place safer, the Government along with the Health & Safety Executive deem that all business are aware of the safety issues regarding their working practice and the safe use & maintenance of tools and materials
A risk assessment is an exercise that is undertaken to ensure that these practices are performed. The end product is to ensure that safety comes first.

John Scott , proprietor of Scott Landcare & trading as a landscape contractor declares that a risk assessment of his working practice has been performed,

Machinery used is well maintained with factory fitted safety devices in place
Relevant safety clothing is worn for the work in hand
Safety to himself & the general public is at the foremost
All chemicals & herbicides are stored and used in the correct manner & correct dosage
All insurances & necessary certification regarding his working practice are up to date
