Scott Landcare: Health & Safety Policy

The proprietor of Scott Landcare "John Scott" will be responsible for the Health &
Safety of himself) members of the public and members of any organisation or work
place that he comes into contact with during the course of his work in trading as
Scott Landcare.

The following are his responsibilities.

That no machinery will be left running whilst unattended.

That no tools will be left so at to cause injury to himself, members of the public or
the members of any organisation or workplace that he comes into contact with
during the course of his work.

That vehicles owned by Scott Landcare will be well maintained for road worthiness
and comply to the law.

That tools & machinery owned by Scott Landcare are well maintained and of a
standard to undertake the task intended.

That chemicals or herbicides used by Scott Landcare are locked away when not in
use.

That chemicals are applied at the correct dosage according to the manufacturers
instructions.

That necessary warnings are in place when applying chemicals or herbicides.

That Inflammables are locked away when not in use.

That the proper protective clothing be worn for the appropriate task.

That the protective clothing for the task conform to current regulations.

That first aid equipment is available for use.

That fire extinguishers are available for use.

That all debris created in accordance with his work be moved and the site left in a
safe manner.
